Areindmar Hotel ★★★

I arrived into Bagan at 5am and surprisingly the staff let me check in straight away which was a relief as I wasn't looking forward to hanging about until 2pm. The room was extremely clean and they made the room up perfectly each day. They even sprayed the room with mosquito spray even though none were around which was good. The breakfast was a la Carte and delicious. I always looked forward to it because the choice of food around Bagan is not great.I only used the pool once as I was out sightseeing most of the time. It's a quiet hotel and located in New Bagan which for me is perfect as I found Old Bagan lifeless and Nyang-u too dusty and too busy. The staff were very friendly and each day arranged an electric scooter for me. They even let me use the room at 4pm on my last day even though I had checked out so that I could freshen up and relax before my 7pm pickup for my return journey to Rangoon. The price was also very good and I have recommended this hotel to a colleague. All in all the hotel is very good and value for money. The staff were so good I left each person a tip at the end. I will definitely stay here again when I go to Myanmar again.

Lovely breakfast, nice swimming pool, superb rooms, excellent staff and a good location! Close to some good restaurants and with a rented ebike it's a lovely drive to all the sites of Bagan

Probably the best deal I got in Ásia. Gorgeous hotel at a very low cost. My favorite thing was the fact that the hotel and the rooms look much better in person than in the pictures. It’s really beautiful, they should redo their photography. The location is great, I got bikes and had loundry done by the family across the street and it was also a bargain.

It was easy to get to the hotel from the airport. The checkin process was fast and the hotel room was clean.

The hotel itself is really pretty which you can see from the photos. Room is spacious & everything was very clean. A little stroll could take you to a busy street with a few restaurants. If you are adventurous, you may also discover the local market & volleyball game centre which isn't too far away by scooter.

The restaurant and cleaning staff were nice. The location was very convenient as we were able to rent e-bikes closeby. It's also right off the Main Street in the new Bagan. The bed and the room was comfortable. They also clean our room twice a day.

Simply fantastic. The staff was super nice and helpful, the breakfast was good, and the pool was big and clean. The room on the ground floor was awesome, nice and big with a balcony too. Water pressure was amazing.

the service is very good and they offer to change room as soon as possible we found the air con not working
